Simply connect the fully charged battery to the internal cable, tuck it into the designated pocket, and press the power button on the chest for 3 seconds to initiate the pre-heating mode.
Is the heated clothing safe to wear in rain or snow?
Yes, our apparel is designed with water-resistant fabrics and the heating elements are safely insulated. However, the battery should be kept dry, and we recommend wearing a waterproof shell over the gear in heavy downpours.
Can I wash my heated jacket in a washing machine?
Absolutely. Before washing, remove the battery and ensure the power cable is tucked into the pocket. Use a laundry bag on a gentle cycle with cold water, and always air dry your garment.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Depending on the heat setting, our standard batteries provide up to 10 hours of warmth on Low, 6 hours on Medium, and 3 hours on the High setting.
