At Ororo®, we want you to stay warm and satisfied; if your heated apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and include all battery components and packaging.

Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your heated gear, ensuring the battery is disconnected, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
